Within Counseling
Return within. Listen Deeply. Live authentically. You may be here because...
Life looks fine from the outside, but something within feels unsettled. You're navigating a transition, questioning what's next, or longing to feel more connected to yourself. You may not be in crisis—you may simply feel ready to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values. My goal is to provide a space for you to reconnect with who you are, discover what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and intention.
I provide psychotherapy for adults navigating life’s transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the questions that arise when life no longer feels aligned with who they are. My approach is warm, grounded, and thoughtfully challenging—creating a space where you can slow down, deepen your self-understanding, and begin to move toward a life that feels more authentic and intentional.
When you work with me, you can expect to be seen, heard, and accepted for who you are, while also being thoughtfully challenged to look more closely at the patterns, beliefs, and ways of showing up that may no longer serve you. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening within you and how it shapes the way you move through the world, creating opportunities for meaningful change and a greater sense of alignment with who you are and who you want to become.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that can help process difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress. For clients who find it easier to connect while outdoors, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, combining the benefits of movement and nature with the therapeutic process.
Whether you’re facing a major life transition, working through the effects of trauma, or simply sensing that something needs to shift, I would be honored to help you go within, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
How I can help
Beyond Understanding
Meaningful change involves more than understanding our thoughts and behaviors. While talk therapy can provide valuable insight and awareness, sometimes knowing why we feel or respond a certain way is only the beginning. Healing often requires space to connect with our emotions, our bodies, and the experiences that have shaped us.
Through approaches such as EMDR and walk-and-talk therapy, we can explore additional pathways for change beyond conversation alone. EMDR supports the processing of difficult experiences, while walk-and-talk sessions incorporate movement and nature to create space for reflection, regulation, and connection.
Together, these approaches honor the whole person and support a deeper process of self-understanding, healing, and growth.
EMDR Intensives
Go within. Heal what’s holding you back. Move forward with intention.
I believe that meaningful change often begins by going within. When we’ve experienced trauma or are moving through a major life transition, old patterns can continue to shape how we think, feel, and show up—even when we’re ready for something different.
EMDR Intensives offer 2-hour or 4-hour sessions for those who want dedicated time and space to work through what may be keeping them stuck. Together, we can gently explore and process difficult experiences, emotions, and patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and connection to who you truly are.
Extended sessions can be especially helpful if weekly therapy doesn’t fit your schedule, you’re navigating a significant transition, or you’re ready to devote focused time to your healing.
The goal isn’t to rush the process. It’s to create the space to go deeper—so you can move forward feeling more grounded, genuine, and congruent with the life you want to live.
2-hour intensive: $525
4-hour intensive: $1,000
